I know it’s a long shot and to be honest i will be happy and so lucky to conceive either way but does anyone have any experience/ideas/thoughts on natural ways to increase the chance of conceiving multiples?

Take clomid. Worked twice for a family member

The Yoruba aren’t a tribe, but rather an ethnicity. 44 million Yoruba people in Nigeria alone - predominantly in the south west.
But they do have a lot of twins!

I've had 2 sets of twins, both naturally no family history or risk factors and I was late twenties early 30s so not age. However, and I don't want to be a huge downer but I lost my first set after they were born prematurely, with my second set I was in hospital from 25 weeks on bed rest (young healthy no other issues) they were a little prem and have had to have help with meeting milestones but are doing well now they are primary school age. What I'm trying to say is that it is risky, really more risky than people realise SCBU is full of twins and triplets, complications are much higher, having 2 babies at home on feeding plans is hard work, carrying around 2 toddlers who can't walk properly yet as they have a delay from being born early is tiring. I love my twins, they are totally amazing but I would advise anyone not to do it by choice. In our twins play groups we went to the average age of parents was older than at other groups and lots of people had had IVF x

A large % come via IVF. If You are trying to be efficient then that might work Confused

There was a mum at our pre-school with natural born quads. She looked permanently stressed and harassed. The other mums, it was an affluent area turned up jn their 4x4's and she had a massive people carrier van thing.

I made the mistake of commenting to one of the other mums "imagine what it's like having quads". She replied "I don't need to, I live next door!!"

Apparently soy isoflavones taken days 1-5 can cause extra eggs to be released
