Positive test but cramping really worried

I'm 14dpo and since yesterday have been cramping pretty badly. I know this can be normal but my anxiety is astronomical due to a recent mmc. Yesterday I was insanely bloated too. Pointless post really but need a handhold because I feel like history is going to repeat itself. As yet I haven't had any bleeding but an increase in cm. This was my test yesterday at 13dpo.

@dippyegg32 hi lovely I know it's hard but try not to stress yourself out it's not good for your mind or body! How are you feeling today? X

How are you today? I had heavy cramping for the first few weeks with my DD I was convinced I was going to miscarry but it was ok and she was born happy and healthy. Fingers crossed for the same for you.

I had cramping for about 2-3 weeks, it really puts you on edge! I’m 14 weeks now, I had to retrain my brain to think of it as stretching, I sometimes get it now (very sporadic)

Yep the cramping is terrible. I don't remember the first pregnancy but the second time, I just assumed I was late and was building up for a doozy of a period. After a few days of this, I brought it up to a friend. She asked if I had done a pregnancy test. I explained again, it's killer period pains and bloating. You could have me knocked me over with a feather when it confirmed positive. From that I found it is fairly common with other women. Try not to worry and think of finding methods that will relieve anxiety.

I just found out I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I've also been suffering with cramps. It's a constant worry but I've been told to retrain my brain into thinking that it is just stretching of everything down there. Unless the cramps get really bad then I'm trying not to think about them x
