Negative HCG but positive LH test 10dpo

I’m 10dpo, took First response, negative so tried LH test which is positive?

Sometimes lh tests can pick up hcg as the protein is similar but you can also have an lh surge before your period. I'd imagine if the lh strip can detect it it would also show on the pregnancy test by now
