Its been 2 years of trying since my first (conceived by iui). Began fertility treatment again in jan and so this is 2nd month of trying based on scans and triggering. Thats the long story for it and I hardly believe I can fall pregnant again, I feel nothing BUT this morning day 8 my breasts are bigger. A little more tender but nothing on the scale of last pregnancy. Did anyone get a surprise when they fell preggers second time around even if they were consciously trying?
