Cervix high and firm 24 hours after positive opk

Had a positive opk and 24 hours later my cervix was high and firm (hadn't checked it before then but have done for many cycles)

Does that sound like I might've already ovulated? Or could have been a false surge?

Note
I didn't plan on checking was checking my cm but I checked as safely as possible and know it's not the best idea so please no comments on that I'm just wondering about the position now I already felt it 🙈

(That wasn't meant to be bold but can't change without retyping 😂🙈)

@firsttimemummy321 I don't think you can ever be entirely sure by cervical position! It's possible you did ovulate but it's also possible that you might still - do you track bbt?
