We have been actively TTC after 2 MCs and have now been referred for fertility investigations.
My husband has his semen analysis appt on Thursday and unluckily for us my OPK gave a positive result yesterday (my cycles have been irregular for 3 months so we couldn't plan this). We dtd yesterday but I also wanted to try today. He has been asked by hospital to refrain from sexual activity for 2-4 days before the test. Should we try today (36 hours before the test) or shall I leave it so as to get the best test results. Feeling confused :S
