TTC #2, came off prostap in December due to having endometriosis. Thinking it might take a while but trying my hardest for a positive mind set and going to try and hold off until 10/11 dpo to test.

Hey Sadie! Sorry to hear about you troubles!! I'm 3dpo today and trying my best to hold back from testing this month x

@Jely123 I only got diagnosed after I had my daughter so it came as a shock although I had symptoms for 7+ years.

I really struggle with the TWW, I'm working from home at the moment as well so the distraction isn't great when are you thinking of testing? Glad I have someone who is on the same dpo as me hopefully we can get through it together!

The TWW is horrible when you're wfh, absolutely no distractions at all with an empty house.
According to my app I'm 2dpo but I think I O yesterday but had my high reading on Sunday evening.
What cycle are you on? And have you tried anything different this cycle? We are doing SMEP so fingers x'd it works.
I'm relaxed and chill now but I know by 7DPO I'll have turned into a crazy woman itching to POAS! x

I also struggle with the TWW. I'm a stay at home mum at the moment,
I'm trying to hold of testing but not sure how long that will last really xx

I don't have periods at the moment I am very irregular, but I got a peak ovulation on Friday night (5th). So other than DTD around that time I haven't really done anything.. I don't full understand SMEP, like I get what it is but how do you know exactly when to DTD lmao? I'm normally a POAS addict too 😂 what cycle are you on?

@Jely123 aww that's lovely, how many do you have and what ages? My LG turned 3 in January. I think I might test Sunday (Mother's Day) I'll be 8dpo which I know is soooo early. I got my BFP on a digital 10dpo last time but that ended in a MC xx

@Sadie95 yes I was confused by SMEP in the beginning but it's basically DTD every other day, then when you get a peak OPK you DTD 3 days in a row then have 1 day break then DTD 1 more time. Our every other day fell the day before my peak OPK so 4days in a row...it's pretty full on for me but my husband doesn't mind! We are on cycle 3.
Really hoping to not be a POAS addict this time though, I've made sure I have no tests in the house! When do you think you'll test?

Hi, I'm 4dpo! Normally a poas addict but don't want to waste money this month so not going to test too early. I have 2 tests left from last month and will wait to use them 12/13 dpo. Good luck x

@tulips87 oh thanks for that!! I will try that next cycle if this one doesn't work out. I am testing Sunday (Mother's Day) the 14th, I'll only be 8dpo so won't expect anything but if I have something in my mind that's not too far away I'm less likely to go off on one and test everyday 😂. When are you testing?

4DPO here. 2nd month TTC #1. Got copper coil out last July and went on pill until mid December. Had 2 random withdrawal bleeds and one proper period. Fingers crossed for everyone this month. When is everyone planning to test? A BFP on Mother's Day would be ideal and my DH birthday is the 15th! So either day would be great. Temping at the moment I'll attach my chart as I got a peak OPK on CD13 but apparently didn't ovulate til CD16 and we last DTD the night of CD14 so I hope we DTD enough!

Is anyone planning on trying next month? My FF app says if I conceive this month the due date would be 26th November, knowing my luck if I conceived next month the baby would be born Xmas day 😂

TTC #2 and reckon I'm 2DPO (not tracking as first month at the moment, don't wanna go too crazy too early!). Had ovulation pains Sunday. DTD Friday and Sunday so not holding out for this month.

@Rmd123 my DC#1 was born in December 18 so a December due date doesn't phase me. My cycles are 25 days so this cycle would be early December and next would be 26/27th December still going to go ahead next month if nothing this month.

hi! 6DPO i think...just had the implant out so i'm a bit all over the place. this is my first TWW! not sure how i will be able to cope with this every month!

@moonpie32 hi! I wouldn't mind a December baby at all but Xmas day scares me although it would be the first I know!!

Random question.. is it ok to have a bath in the TWW? I've heard mixed reactions.. not piping hot and just a 20 min one?

@Rmd123 our first if I went over they told me they'd induce me on 24th luckily I wasn't naturally 2 weeks early!
I sometimes think a December baby, no matter the date, is great as everyone is in party mood etc.

I've heard about it not being great as it can raise your body temp too high, can cause feinting and dehydration but I always thought that was just pregnancy it couldn't be too hot?

It's cycle 4 for me, trying for baby 2.
It took between 4 and 5 months to conceive baby 1 so hoping it won't take much longer😂

I plan to 'skip' ttc next month to avoid a December baby. I'll be due approx 24th December if I conceive next month, but will have a csection so would be more around 17th. I have quite a few family members born in December and until they're 18+ they hate it due to everyone being busy, noone showing up for partied, getting a joint present so if I can avoid I will 🙂

When is everyone planning on testing and how many DPO will you be when you do? I know it's pretty impossible but I can't help and symptom spot when I know fine well it's all in my head cause it's way too early (3DPO)

I'm not gonna test unless I'm late this month. I know it won't have happened this month so I don't want to waste tests etc

I don't want to test unless I'm late. I don't like the idea of knowing too early as I've had previous mc and the wait for scans etc is extremely long!

More willpower than I'll ever have! I tend to test a lot but use IC's until I see something definite xx

I just don't want to get my hopes up so soon. It's cycle 1 and I don't want to be POAS all the time. I was like that last time and it drove my hubby mental!

I'm 2 dpo today and I'm so desperate for our second child that all I can think about is tiny signs that I might be pregnant! I've spent a silly amount of money on pregnancy tests since we started trying again 4 cycles ago and now my partner say I'm not allowed to test until the day my period is due. Hi everyone! 6 DPO today and a slight temperature dip this morning 🤔 stomach has been a bit iffy all day not nausea and not cramps just feels like something is off. Had the odd sharp pain last night trying to get to sleep. How is everyone? Any symptoms?

6dpo now, think I might do a test on Sunday as its mother's day. I'll be 9dpo so worth a shot, if negative, which I expect it will be, I won't test again until 18th which is when AF is expected x
