Blazing positive OPKs- from 13dpo onwards

Hii! Right, so I know the obvious answer to this buy a hpt, but I'm sick of seeing one white line so try to avoid unless absolute necessary 🙈😂.

For the past 4 days I've been getting positives on OPKs! Ovulated 2 weeks ago on CD16 and now since CD30 I've been getting the positives, some are absolutely blazing ones. Attached some pics!
I have longer cycles than the 'average' so I'm not officially late as of yet.

Obviously I took to Google and found that OPKs can pick up HCG too as they are similar molecules or some scientific thing?! So now I'm pondering!

Anyone else been in this position and got a BFP or any other suggestions what may be going on, before I drive myself a little crazy? 🤣

This was how I suspected I was pregnant! And now I'm cuddling my 3 week old, so it's definitely very possible you could be pregnant 😊 take a test when you can! ❤️

Yup pregnancy definitely causes positives on LH tests! These are mine, the top one was 3 days after I got my BFP! (Ended in MMC in January)

Yes this just happened to me. I think I am 10 or 11dpo and I have been checking on OPKs daily as this is my first cycle post miscarriage. Anyway they suddenly started showing second lines and so today I tested with an HGC and it was positive. Woohoo. Good luck! xx

I did this after I'd already got a BFP at 8 and then 10 dpo out of curiosity for just this sort of question- yes I got a bright positive opk, I think it was 12dpo but wouldn't swear to it. Definitely not later than 14dpo.

So this is this mornings opk (i know, I know, I do usually do them later in the day) but I wanted to satisfy my poas urge just for now 🤣.
But it's took a lot of the dye from the control line for the test line again! 👀
A reading of 1.8 apparently on premom!

I think a HPT would be money well spent, looking at that 😂 get an FRER anyway if you can so you feel better about it being 'early' but I know where my bet is going 😊

@LauraT94 I'm always a bit hesitant as I've been there before where I had ALL the symptoms, but stark white tests and it crippled me as I'd convinced myself that was the month! That was before I was opk testing though! 🙈 But this time the OPKs/ science can't really lie can they? 😂
