Hello I'm new to the group. I had a blood test 11 days after my 3 day embryo transfer. It came back negative and I had cramps all that day so assumed AF was headed my way. That was 2 day ago and since then Ive had nothing but a tiny bit of spotting. Could my hcg level have been too low - or should I just accept AF will come. Going a bit loopy waiting. Feel like my body is playing tricks on me!
