Hi 😊
So I haven't had a period since my miscarriage in May last year. In that pregnancy, we concieved naturally after me not having a period in 4 months then a period.

All hormonal bloods always came up as normal in the past but in November, I had AMH bloods done (these check ovarian preserve) which were very high- 154 so the doctor said like PCOS- went for a scan which confirmed 40+ follicles on each ovary and no other concerns.

Meanwhile, my husband was also tested and sperm came back as double what he needs but slow swimmers (bloods of 28 that needed to be 40) so advised to take vitamins for 3 months. Dr said these vitamins improve things in the majority of cases.

3 months later and he has been for his second analysis and we await the consultation in 2 weeks.

I was wondering, if I'm prescribed clomid (fingers crossed!) How will they likely give me it with no period in so long?
I have read mixed things of some starting mid cycle or medication prescribed to induce a period first?
I'd love to hear from people who have been in a similar situation or just have any advice?
Thanks ❤
