72 day cycle and counting-pregnancy signs but all hpt negative... HELp

Hi guys, my last period was 18/12/2020, I have had signs and symptoms of pregnancy, but still no period. I’ve take several pregnancy tests and all came back negative. I have a blood test on 3rd of March, as just want to know now. I’ve been regular my whole life and it’s just made me really confused. Can 6+ pregnancy tests be wrong?

Were they from the same brand & batch? Are you TTC? Underweight?
Hormone issues or thyroid issues could be to blame I suppose, such a long wait for BT & then results when you are anxious to know!

Yes they were all the same brand and batch. Not trying on purpose no, but if it happens it happens. I’m not underweight. Yeah I know. My stomach just doesn’t feel normal, like not period cramps normal, or anything. Feels bloated and around 10pm at night starts to feel a little tender and harder.

I would buy a different brand, you may have had a faulty batch? If a different brand is negative then there must be a different reason but I imagine the dr would want BT results and then will decide where to go from there.

I had a MMC last month but the only reason I found out I was pregnant was a scan on my ovaries for possible cysts. I had taken numerous tests all negative. Even after the sonography showing me my baby when I got home the tests were negative. Unfortunately I lost it 3 weeks later but the only confirmation of pregnancy I got was through blood tests which showed I was pregnant and the scan. Still to this day no one has a clue why it didn't show on any pregnancy test (and believe me I tried them all)
