Has any one had problems since starting seven seas trying for a baby tablets

I started taking the seven seas trying for a baby tablets this month and am now 3 days late for my period but taken 2 pregnancy tests which have both been negative. I've now read reviews and seen a lot of women saying the seven seas delayed their periods and gave them much longer cycles has anyone else had this?? How long did it take for things to get back to normal? Or has anyone had a late positive test when taking seven seas due to longer cycles/late ovulation? (clutching at straws!!)

Think pregnacare does the same

Seven Seas has been fine for me but as the previous commenter said, all the multivitamins can do this.

I've stopped taking them now so hoping AF will come soon and next cycle will be back to normal

Has anyone had similar experiences?

Oh my goodness, I've never heard of this? How does this work? I've noticed my cycles have been longer since taking pregnacare....

Prenatal vitamins are notorious for messing with cycles - they do put it on the box apparently but probably in tiny writing!

I ended up stopping them and just taking folic acid instead and things went back to normal. Stuff having to wait another 1-2 weeks to try again each month.

@cucumberrock it was horrible, I have always had 27 day cycles so when I got to day 30 I just presumed it was because I was pregnant but then tested negative then looked at reviews and saw it happened to lots of people!
@teacaketotty did you go straight back to normal on your next cycle? Have you had any issues since just taking folic acid??

So glad you have posted this thread. Thank you! I had no idea!

@ChloM1234 yeah from what I remember I think i did! I actually think I conceived my next cycle or maybe the one after.

I’m TTC number two now and just taking folic acid, no problems so far!

I am not an expert, but I took these when trying for Baby No.1, and I personally think they helped, alongside folic acid.
