TTC after coming off pill and anticoagulants

Hi guys.

So I've been on the pill for about 10 years. I had surgery in December and got a blood clot afterwards. Because of this I had to stop taking contraception and me and my partner decided we would start TTC as it seemed like good timing. I'm recovered from surgery and the blood clot in my leg (which was classed as provoked, no more treatment required).

When I was taking anticoagulants my period lasted for about 5 weeks and finally stopped on 29 January. About a week and half after I got really achy boobs and some very mild cramping. I then started bleeding on 18th January which was earlier than expected. But this only lasted 2 days. I'd say one day was like normal period flow and then hardly anything the next day. I've had extremely mild spotting since, like one tiny bit of blood a day. Someone told me this could be implantation bleeding but I'm not convinced. I have done 2 clear blue pregnancy tests which have shown a very faint positive line immediately after use and now I'm confused.

I'm not sure if I even ovulated this month after coming off the pill as it's all been very messed up.

It's my partners birthday this weekend and I'm worried about drinking in case I am pregnant.

I know my case is very unique but I don't suppose anyone has been through something similar and has any advise?

Thanks Smile
