Hi ladies
I’ve read a lot of women drinking pomegranate juice during the TWW to help implantation. I’ve done this myself and drank POM pomegranate juice which although says is 100% pomegranate, it still says it’s from concentrate?
I wondered if seeds would be better to munch on, or if it is actually just the juice that helps.
I’m 6dpo and heading out to the shops later so will be picking one of the two up!
What do you think? Any experiences?
