No period? Can I still ovulate?

Hi all,

This may be a stupid question - but I am so bloomin' confused about this whole thing. Very brief history on me... I had a mmc at the end of August due to a partial molar pregnancy. My periods returned in October and have been like clockwork for me (every 33 days) since. We were cleared from charring cross in November and decided that this year we would start ttc.

I tracked my ovulation using Clearblue in December for the very first time, it seemed pretty normal. In January, my period started 10th of Jan, and when I went to start tracking my ovulation nothing was going on the week I expected. I ovulated a week later, so at the start of February and we decided to try.

I'm not 14dpo, negative tests but no period - because I ovulated late I expected my period to be late but still nothing... bloody typical the month we decide to try and everything is just not normal!

So basically, my question is... if my period decides not to turn up, can I still potentially ovulate in a couple of weeks?! When should I start tracking it if so?

Nothing drastic has changed in my life, I've been loosing weight but in a steady way over the last few months and I'm light than I was when I fell pregnant last summer. No intense exercise, nothing insanely stressful.

I was thinking about trying to get an appointment with my doctor at the end of the week if I haven't started - but I'm not too sure what I could get from that, so not sure if it's worth it or what I expect her to say. I guess some magic answer that we could potentially conceive this month!

I know this was very ramble, so thank you for reading this far. But if anyone could shed some light on their experiences or knowledge if it is possible to ovulate/get pregnant if I've missed a period... that'd be fab.

Thank you :)
