Hi,

So today after a BFN at 12dpo and period due tomorrow I'm about to start cycle 8 after we lost our wee boy halfway along our pregnancy last July. I had Day 21 bloods done on Thursday so awaiting results for those, but wondering if there's maybe something that has worked for others that I haven't heard of? Any advice at all would be welcome, I'm really struggling with this failed cycle today and have just sorted myself out after a bit of a teary meltdown 🙈 So far I:

Use One Step OPKs from CD8 onwards
Use Preseed
DTD every other day in window
Take a prenatal
Take EPO until ovulation
Eat pineapple core 1-5dpo

and this last month I have cut out alcohol and caffeine.

What worked for you? Is there anything else I can try? Thanks in advance ❤️

@KerryW87 Probably, I've been lurking a lot! No worries.

I just got a basic one from amazon for £9, you just have to make sure it has the two decimal places so e.g 36.75degrees rather than just 36.7 - I sorry if thats obvious, it wasn't to me.

It was acupuncture for me but like with preseed, certain vitamins, warm feet etc it could just have a coincidence. I had a job interview and cystitis on FW so was distracted as well x

@Toastedsesame Ah no it wasn't, I know nothing about it 😂 I just ordered a Femometer one off Amazon there for a tenner so will see how that goes this cycle! I hope it works for both of us! 🤞
