High/peak OPK - how soon do I need to have sex

Hi all, relatively new here! 2nd month TTC, age 34, 1st baby. Just wondered how quickly after you get a positive ovulation test should you be having sex? We have sex at least every other day, usually daily and I have had peak this morning - should we be getting on it immediately, or does a peak show I'll ovulate soon?

Hi @Sunny1986 your peak means that you're likely to ovulate in the next 24 hours roughly.
I got to it as soon as I got my peak as we hadn't DTD the two days before.
There's no harm in you DTD today and/or tomorrow. x

The peak shows you'll ovulate soon. Could be in next 12 to 30 or so hours. As far as my googling showed, it means you hormones are surging just BEFORE the egg is released. I literally googled this yesterday as I got a positive on 11th and we DTD on the 10th and morning of the 12th... hopefully that's ok 🤷‍♀️
