Could I be pregnant? HELP

I’m never late on my period, the only time i’ve been late in 9 years is with my son. He was born 23rd oct 2020. Im 3.5 months pp. I’m currently 8 days late!! I’ve taken countless tests and all are negative. We did the deed 4 days before AF was due and when I was 2 days late, we used condoms only but I did feel like something was split on the most recent occasion. Is it possible i’m pregnant? How long until I should believe the negative tests? Am I going crazy lol don’t know what to think i’m NEVER late not even a day let alone 8!

After childbirth, your periods will be irregular for quite a while, as your body recovers and your hormones settle. Maybe do a test every week if AF doesn't appear. Best of luck, I hope you get the outcome you want. 🙂

I had my son in October too, first period on 11th Jan and nothing since. Have been a little panicky until I hear that as above said, can take a while to get back to normal x

I’ve already had 3 periods and they were all regular and my usual 32 day cycle is it still likely that this missed one is because of hormones settling? x

I had a baby at the start of Nov. My hormones are still all over the place. I imagine it's your hormones settling.

I got a period at 5 weeks PP with DD1 and then nothing til week 16. Hormones are whacky after having a baby. I think if you dont get your period and keep getting negative tests the most logical conclusion is its hormones. How many tests have you taken? Did you use first morning urine?

I'm gonna wait till end of month till 6 weeks late if don't start AF then take a test x

I knew periods could be irregular after birth but I thought once they were back regularly that was it! The body is crazy! xx

No you wouldnt be back to normal this quickly. It can seem that way, but then it can go out of whack again. Your body takes about 6 months to properly get back to normal in general. No way is it back to 100% normal after 3 months.

Take a test tomorrow with your first urine in the morning. If its negative, then I reckon you are in the clear.

@Treacle81Hey, no still nothing! Had a few cramps a few days ago but didn’t turn into anything, have been feeling so drained sick and dizzy the last week as well so I have contacted my GP just to be safe x

@panickingcentral I have had a stinker of a sore head and feel pretty crappy myself! Hope you feel better soon, let me know what GP says x

@Treacle81Nothing for me yet! The GP sent me for a blood test yesterday so should be able to get the results next week x
