Can you get pregnant with just a flashing smiley (CB)

Ah the flashing smiley, it's mocking me! Basically, I came off the pill on the 23rd jan. Had a WB bleed from 26-29th jan. I normally have short cycles so Started testing on the 1st Feb and got my flashing smiley on the 4th Feb and still have a flashing smiley! When I've been ejecting tbem I've noticed theyre not dark at all and I did a cheapie ov test and that was super faint as well so I don't even know if I have ovulated at all! I did ovulation pain and I got a bit of CM though so I just don't know.
My main question is tho, can you or has anyone got pregnant with just a flashing smiley or do you have to have the static? Thanks xx

Hi OP, didn't want to read and run, not happened to me but a friend of mine only had flashing smileys for 5 days and never went solid and she conceived first month of trying, due DD next month. So it can happen!

Hi @Arrierttyclock im doing a study for clear blue ovulation sticks at the moment the 4 day ones and it says in the leaflet if you get 9 days of flashing face you are very unlikely to ovulate to stop testing and try again next month. But at the poster above says her friend got pregnant without it so who knows ?!
I came off my contraception in early dec had withdrawal bleed but nothing since , I am breast feeding. I started the study on wed and that was blank face (always are first day you use them) then yesterday was flashing which I wasn't expecting so interested to see what today's are and if I get to a static x

Another flashy for me day 3

The month I conceived I used these for the first time. I kept testing and had 10 flashing smilies (!) before I got the solid - was clearly happening much later in the cycle than I thought and if I hadn’t been testing I’d never have known.

They definitely have there pros ! @Arrierttyclock
I gave up after 5 flashy last month as my periods still haven't returned after having my baby and it still hasn't so I'm not getting my hopes up for a static

Day 10 of flashing smiley today. I do normally have short cycles so I'd be shocked if I ovulated now!

Omg!!!! I was going to stop testing as today is day 11 but after I saw some of you got peaks later I tried and I got a static smiley!!! I am so happy!!!! Thanks guys!!

Yay @Arrierttyclock I'm delighted for you!! I was day 11 too!! I still haven't actually ovulated yet I'm still within the 48 hours after surge tho and the opk cheapie strips are only getting dark today so I think I'll be ovulating later or tomorrow! So funny we were both 11 days 😂
