Anyone had period type pains a week before period due and gone on to have a BFP

Hello all, I know I'm probably barking up the wrong tree. I posted on here in September with symptoms then a BFP. We got to 10w4 days when the baby died. It was our 4th mc in two years. It's been so hard. Especially as so many of my friends are pregnant and it's all going well for them ( not that I would wish anything else. Just gutted ours haven't worked out!).
Anyway, I did clear blue OPK but only got flashing smileys this month. Two days ago I started getting period type pains, especially on the right hand side. Like a mild stitch. Very bloated tummy. I'm still 6 days before period. I keep feeling prickly tingling in my b**bs. I'm going to try not to test until AF. It's just weird. As the only time I ever get bloated like this is when I'm pregnant and the period type pains seem to early. My mc was at the end of November last year so not sure if it's my body still adjusting. I have had periods since. Any advice?

My only pregnancy symptom with my first was period pain. I didn’t test until my period was two weeks overdue as I had period cramps for so long I was sure I was due to start!

I think I'd convinced myself it's not going to happen. That if i think I might be, I start to obsess over symptoms. I'm doing what a lot of people do. I'm sure I feel sick ( could be tiredness). I'm sure I feel tired ( could be lack of sleep). I'm sure I feel emotional ( probably both of the above). But the period type pains definitely strange for me, especially as I felt them in the night guess I will know either way by the weekend. It's so hard not to test early. But I did with the last pregnancy and I had stark white bfn for a few days. To the point I was spending too much money on the branded ones. I have some FRERs upstairs. I've just got to try and not go there. It's a slippery slope. Thanks for replying
