Hi ladies, I had a CP last month and am so confused where I am in my cycle! If I am counting CD1 as the first day of the CP then I am currently at CD30 (but my cycle is usually 29-30 days so shouldn’t I be experiencing PMS/usual AF symptoms??) Help!
