Vitamins for ovulation

Hi!

Just wondering if there’s any vitamins that can help ovulation? Either triggering it or boosting the hormones needed.

Af was two days late this month which means the vitamin c has helped lengthen my LP which is a start. Just need to help the ovulation now I think.

@Penguinmumma no line progression yesterday at 13 dpo, AF still not here though and I've run out of tests to check today! I'm 99% sure I'm out so will just wait for AF now I think!! X

@AlexaPlayWhiteNoise sorry to hear about your chemical hopefully next month will be your month - I heard that youre more fertile after a chemical!!

@PurpleandOrange keep fingers crossed your not out! Any change?

You can be more fertile but it’s not set in stone. I’m pretty sure I didn’t ovulate last month after mine which is annoying.

@Penguinmumma it was a chemical unfortunately. CD2 now again so hoping for better luck this month
