Hi all,
A very long time lurker and looking for your advice! I have a 5yo dd and have been ttc on and off for a number of years. Had almost disappointedly resigned my self to being a family of three. However.... having bd the two days prior too and day of ovulation (according to app so maybe not accurate, no ovulation tests etc) I am now 7DPO and have some signs of spotting, cramps, headaches today's. I am trying not to get excited after so many previous disappointments. When do you think I should test?! AF due on the 12th. I don't know if I can hold out until then but also fear the disappointment!!

@katcha87

I'm 9dpo so feel your anxiety. I am due around the 10th.

Although it is our first month TTC I'm not expecting anything, I've felt weird all week. Realistically I know it is PMS symptoms, but that little voice is talking away inside me unhelpfully symptom spotting and hoping for the best.

My boobs have been killing me, usually ahead of AF they hurt for 24 hours 3-4 days before. But it's been all week so started 8 days before I'm due.
I'm exhausted and emotional (cried every day the last several days which is unlike me).
I've been been having mild stomach cramps (again something that doesn't usually start until AF actually shows up - I am nauseous rather than cramping the day before period arrives).

I ordered FRER from Amazon and set delivery for Sunday so I am forced to wait at least until a couple of days before AF due before I can test. I figure testing too early will just add stress and also waste the cost of the test so I'm holding out as long as possible.

Fingers crossed for you!!

@pinkpirlie it's a bit of an emotional rollercoaster isn't it!!! I am similar to you in that I would normally have sore boobs and cramps high emotion between ovulation and AF It's just the spotting today that made me feel hopeful, it feels almost like AF is about to rear her head though so not sure! I it's almost 6 years since the last time and I can't remember how I felt other than really painful boobs!!! I hope it works out for you too Smile

Ooo really hoping this is it! I’m keeping everything crossed for you but honestly I would try to hold off testing for as long as you can possibly bear it x

@dunkedbiscuit thank you!!! Still have spotting it seemed to have stopped over night but started again today. AF not due until Friday according to app (which is usually pretty accurate!) I don't usually bleed prior. I am trying to hold out from testing but the not knowing and double guessing and over analyzing of every little twinge or pain is driving me crazy!! I really hope it is positive what a lovely surprise for hubby for Valentine's Day. I think I have built it up so much in my own mind that the disappointment will be pretty hard to take this time round!!

Hello ladies,

I am Laura 👋 I am 27 yrs old and we have now been TTC since March 2020, it currently feels like it's never going to happen. My doctor has been helpful and already started the ball rolling with fertility support. I have my OH's SA here to do and get my D21 bloods back Monday - kinda scary really!

I've attached my BBT's this cycle - can anyone tell me if this looks normal?!

Long time ttc trying to stay sane and calm!
