Is this too thin? Endometrial thickness 6.2mm day 21 of cycle (normal cycle around 28 days)

Hm yes that is on the thin side. Minimum is 7-8mm normally and ideally it should be 8-14mm.

I know ivf ladies drink fresh pomegranate juice during the FP to improve the lining and others do acupuncture but I'm not sure how much any of it works.
