Pregnancy strips better tested in stream or cup?

Hey! Out of curiosity, as sub says, is there any benefit to testing with a strip by stream or from a cup?

I think it's more to stop you pissing on the test strip and rendering it invalid. It's just easier to catch a bit of pee in a cup and dip and count like that.
