Early pregnancy back ache , cramps , no blood

So this is my second baby, I have a ds currently sat on couch next to me. I’m five weeks pregnant and have been having these symptoms since I found out last week. I went to hospital Saturday where they done my bloods said hormone good and iron levels good. Got sent home and have a scan next Wednesday. I’m just really worried I can’t remember what I was like early on with ds. I don’t know what’s normal and what’s not. Feel tired etc like I would during pregnancy. Just worried about the stomach and back pains. I’ve also been going through mixture of bowel movements. Some days upset tummy sometimes can’t go to toilet in the day. Any advice would be welcome as I’m so terrified I’m waiting for bad news at this scan. The pains aren’t stopping me

Cramps are so normal. I remember having this discussion with a friend who was also pregnant at the same time as me about how cramps in the first trimester are so worrying and annoying!
Easier said than done, but try not to get too worked up and worried about it. You have a long road ahead of you. Try some distraction and stress reduction techniques x

Madeinthe80z Thanks I’m hoping these are all normal. Scan a week today hoping that reassures me. We’ve been trying for over 2 years and had a chemical not long after we started trying so it’s been so long getting here I was in process of waiting for keyhole surgery to detect possible Ed I before Covid got bad. Just really worried this time around. Trying to relax

@Blessedbutstressed96 Hi iv just seen your post, as i was looking for advice i am 5+4 and i have been getting cramping and back ache. I went to hospital yesterday but they just palmed me off. I have a scan in a week to check. How did your pains go are you still getting them and how was your scan x

@mannie87 I’m now8 weeks still no bleeding but occasionally now getting the pains not very often. Now plagued with morning sickness mines is so bad been hospital twice this week for iv drip and sickness injections 😞 but my scan went well at 6 weeks saw our little blob at the time with a healthy heartbeat

That's lovely little scan. Thanks so much, im just over thinking everything. I had really bad sickness nearly all the way through my last 2 pregnancies.although they were many years ago... Iv forgot how bad it can be. Mine is just starting in the mornings at the moment. Hope you dont have it too long.

Yeh just try and relax I know it’s hard. Yeh I was the same with my first sick all way through even labour😭 hopefully we both have an easier time with sickness 🤞🏼 So far I’m 24 hours without vomiting on my new tablets so hoping it continues
