11 DPO light cramps since ovulation?

According to my app and my symptoms I’m 11 DPO today. I’ve had mild cramping for about a week now.. All the info I’ve found online say implantation cramps only last 2-3 days tops.

I don’t normally get cramping before my period and if I do it’s only the day before? I’m due AF in 3/4 days.

Like I say I’ve had light cramping on and off most days, with lower back pain, headaches, dizziness and a little mild nausea.

I’d love some advice.. I want to test but I’m not sure if it’s too early or if I’m going crazy and should just wait so see if AF appears?

Little update girls! I’ve just done a FRER after holding my wee as long as I could and there was not even a hint of a line!

I’m so confused 😂

Other half says try the second test tomorrow morning but I don’t know if I should just wait and see if AF arrives..

Advice? x

@VNttc that is interesting - I might start trying a few more tracking options next month.

My spotting came back and went again 🙄 - more today than yesterday but still old blood, all very odd and unlike me, typical it's when I've been on the lookout as well 🤣

Do either of you use an app to track? I’m not sure I’m at the stage of using ovulation strips yet but I’d love to know if either of you use an app to track your cycle? I use ‘p tracker’ but I’m not sure it’s the best...

@trackiesandasmokeyeye if it’s still just spotting I think that could be a good sign! As long as there’s no big clots or a heavy flow I’d stay positive! Xx

@Mamaforever - yeah, it's just spotting (as in just on wiping) and it's definitely old blood, but I'm a day late and negative on a FRER this morning so would seem odd 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Mamaforever half an answer sorry! I've been using Flo this month, as I'd heard it was good - it keeps trying to mansplain things to me so I don't love that aspect but I've enjoyed having an actual tracker - and I think my mansplaining anger might be tied to my frustration at the intermittent spotting alongside negative tests!

I might download flo and put my details in and see if it says the same as my app.. I know I’m not actually trying so have no real reason so be so upset but I’m honestly gutted. I have so much respect for you all!

Are you sure your dates are correct? I can’t remember if you said you used ovulation strips or anything? There’s still time as long as AF doesn’t show up!

I’m worried because my cramps have subsided today. I’ve felt a little nauseous and my boobs still hurt a little but I feel like it was all in my head...

@Mamaforever I'm not 100% as wasn't doing strips or BBT but am basing it on usual cycle length (24 days; but currently CD 26) and EWCM (CD 8-10), so who knows. I'm sure you haven't imagined anything x

@trackiesandasmokeyeye are you planning on testing again sweetie? My other half admitted that he was upset at today’s result and I said the same.

We’re going to test again tomorrow with FMU and if still nothing wait to see if AF arrives I think! What do you think?

@Mamaforever - I think testing with FMU is the best bet, lots of luck for you tomorrow morning!

I'm going to see what happens over the next few days and test again at the weekend if no sign of AF, surely by then I will either have AF or a BFP you'd think! I can't break before then as I've used all my tests 🤣

I’ve just done another FRER and nothing again, guessing my body’s been playing tricks on me!

Only mild cramps this morning and slightly sore boobs so guessing AF will come soon.

I feel like my cramps are worse this morning and the spotting went but came back again this morning so I'm thinking maybe that's a sign I'm heading for AF too with just an oddly long cycle.

@Mamaforever - AF arrived this morning for me, which was a relief as I've been worried something weird was happening - turns out just a slightly longer cycle than the norm, which is good. 😊

I'm new to this so please bare with me, last month I had a faint positive 12dpo on 12th May but started spotting on 13th May, normal period was due 16th I bled till 21st May, I am unsure if I suffered a chemical pregnancy last month so am unsure when my period is due this month, do I count from 13th when spotting started, I have also had what I think is a very faint positive today at 11dpo
