Driving myself crazy over this... I had a ruptured ectopic at 6 weeks along at the end of October and had my left tube removed. Periods since then have been regular and I’ve tracked my LH surge accurately.
My surge was cd 12 and so was due two days ago. No period but bfn on all tests.
Is this another ectopic and I’m pregnant but my hcg levels are too low? Is there something else wrong? Last time with my ectopic I tested positive the day before AF was due so I’m really confused.
Can you ovulate later than the expected 12-36 hours after surge? I’m so confused as to why AF hasn’t arrived and I’m still negative. Anyone experienced the same and gone on to be pregnant?
