12dpo tomorrow.. to test or not to test...

Hi all,

Feel like I'm losing my mind! I am 12dpo tomorrow, AF due Thursday.

My boobs are so sore and tingling in one nipple has recently started. Nauseous moments, mostly around dinner time for last 2 days.

Shall I get my hopes up and test early or shall I just keep waiting? I'm so torn & I totally obsessing!

Any advice.. please.. what would you do?

Very similar here, 12dpo today, AF also due Thursday.
Minimal pink spotting Saturday and Sunday but nothing today.

I'm going to wait until 14dpo before testing (Wed)
Too many negatives previously so i'm going to hold off as long as I can.

Thursday will be an interesting day for both of us 🤞

I'm trying to hold off too but I feel like I can hear the tests calling me 🤦‍♀️ def makes me sound a bit crazy

Haha no I know what you mean, I always cave usually. But after a series of negatives in previous months i'm just trying to not get my hopes up this time. Although the days seem to be going sooo slow this past 2 weeks with the 2 week wait!

I agree. It has been going so slowly! Lockdown doesn't help as there are limited distractions.

I didn't test this morning. Going to try and hold out but it's becoming increasingly difficult lol

I haven't tested yet either, holding off for tomorrow so its 14dpo.
AF should have been due Thursday based on my average cycle length, but I ovulated a little earlier than usual this month. Based on that i'd actually be due today. No signs of AF as yet, but I did have some stabby cervical pains in the night so i'm not getting my hopes up.

GO FOR IT!! I got BFP on FRER 11dpo both times x

I say test! I got my bfp at 8dpo this time. Really clear on a frer at 9dpo. Plus my afternoon tests are always better/darker than the tests I do with fmu.

@Moominmiss afternoon test? I also thought you had to do the morning wee as they have more hormone in? Ooh now you have tempted me for this afternoon although prob drank too much peppermint tea 😂

Erm, they are and they aren't. They're not something I usually have in relation to AF per se, but I have endometriosis so I am used to getting random stabby pains anywhere below the waist at random times so it's hard to know what to think.

I can feel the tests calling, but i'm going to hold out. Every time I cave it's negative so i'm going to "behave" see if AF comes today and if not i'll test first thing in the morning.

@Fireplacedreamer my afternoon tests were always, and have always been the best with all of my pregnancies. I know quite a few ladies that say the same.

I’ve attached pics of my 12 and 13dpo afternoon tests from this cycle.

I got my first bfp at 8dpo and by 9dpo in the afternoon it was pretty clear. At 10dpo in the afternoon I got a 1-2 weeks on a digital xx
