Hey everyone! So after what I thought might be implantation bleeding yday, AF the big cow that she is arrived this morning. I came off pill 27th Dec and had withdrawal bleed - I ovulated last month so I'm actually relieved to have had my first "proper" period so I can properly track.

Anyway, is anyone back to the start or only starting out and wants to go mad together? 🤪

Hey I've just stopped the pill (Saturday was my last one) I've already got cramps/bad back etc! Waiting for my withdrawal bleed and then was thinking of tracking my ovulation then, before af as I've read you can get pregnant then so wishful thinking but we shall see! My cycles are abit irregular so I think I'm in for a confusing time!!

@Arrierttyclock oh exciting times ahead!! I'd say definitely start tracking ovulation so you can get familiar with your cycle. I was all over the place prior to contraception but from the day I stopped it until getting AF today was exactly 28 days! I had a withdrawal bleed straight after stopping
