I have a 5 year old DS who didn't take long to conceive.
We're now a year into ttc again with no luck. My boobs get so sore straight after ovulation until I start my period to the point they look huge and trying to sleep is painful. I'm worried it could be some kind of hormone imbalance or a deficiency. Everyone sees to be pregnant as though it's so easy and I'm starting to become bitter as we're doing all we can and it's taking over my every thought but each month as soon as my boobs hurt I know I out and just want to cry.

I’m in the same boat. I too get sore boobs right after ovulation until my period.
I had a blood test today to find out what’s going on with my hormones. You have a blood test on day 21 of your cycle if you have a regular 28 day cycle. It measures progesterone levels.
Last night when I squeezed my nipple milk came out! Can’t be right.

Lots of things you can do for hormonal imbalances. If you look up a podcast called the gut goddess by kezia hall, she has lots of great info on balancing your hormones and conceiving using natural remedies and sorting out your diet.

Thank you! I'll check that out. I wonder what is causing it for you? I might see if I can go and have a blood test, I have been putting off going to the doctor but think it might be time x

I have been in the same position. 13 months of trying with one ectopic in that time, having conceived my DS on month one 2.5 years ago.

My GP were really good - ran my bloods and offered DH a sperm analysis.
