Faint positive line clear blue pregnancy test

Hi! My period was due monday (18/01/21) and it’s now friday and last month my period was bang on and it usually is. The past week or so I’ve been having mild cramps and then didnt get my period and I’ve also been feeling nauseous the past couple of days. I did a test last night and there was an ever so slightly faint line? Could this be false or will it actually mean positive? Any help appreciated :)

Did you try taking a test with FMU this morning?

Ive not tried that yet no i was going to wait a couple more days see if my hcg hormones need a bit longer to rise, i was going to add a photo but ive only just made my account today and i cant find a way to add a pic
