Hey all! Wondered if anyone wants to survive the 2ww with me! The other boards move so fast I haven't been on for a week or so and can't catch up!
I am TTc second baby. DD just turned 9!!! 3rd month trying properly and used OPk for the first time this month. Last cycle was only 23 days but got a smiley face yesterday on cycle day 13 and DTD CR 8, 10, 12, 13 and hopefully tonight too! Fingers crossed 🤞

@roxybear I've only had one AF since coming off the pill at the start of December so I honestly don't know! 🤦🏼‍♀️. I probably would say AF was more red than this and of a more blood-like consistency if that makes sense.

glow92 · 29/01/2021 18:10

@Fireplacedreamer I keep seeing people tell each other that they're not out till AF arrives so for sure keep testing 🙂🙂

Crazydoglady123 · 29/01/2021 18:28

@glow92 I had similar on my last cycle. I started spotting on CD21 and AF properly came on CD28. Do you normally spot?

roxybear · 29/01/2021 18:33

@glow92 I agree! Don't rule anything out! I know it's so so hard balancing keeping your hopes up but also trying to prevent the disappointment coming! 🤦‍♀️

glow92 · 29/01/2021 18:54

@roxybear exactly, I'm excited but realistic knowing how unlikely it would be to happen so soon after being on the pill for so many years.

Penguinmumma · 30/01/2021 07:09

Starting to feel grotty and trying to not get excited or too hopeful. My boobs are sooooo sore 😩 sharp shooting pains right through to the nipples. So bad that it woke me up at 2:30. Had a bit of nausea but no really bad cramps last last month.
Want to test so badly even though I know it’s too early (af due around the 4th) but Hubbys making me wait til hes back at work and can run the test himself (works in a lab! Haha!)

glow92 · 30/01/2021 07:58

Looks like I'm out, had to pop a pad in last night and this morning it looks like AF, even though it's lighter flow than I'd expect... looks like I'm 5 days early 🙄. On the bright side at least it's a jump start on the next cycle.

Crazydoglady123 · 30/01/2021 08:21

@glow92 sorry to hear! Definitely the right way to look at it though. Get AF out the way and start trying again. Sending hugs

glow92 · 30/01/2021 08:29

@Crazydoglady123 thank you 💜.
Will keep an eye on things but I'm pretty convinced, just hope a 9-10day luteal phase doesn't become habit.

Fireplacedreamer · 30/01/2021 08:32

@glow92 next month could be your month 🤞

AbiBrown · 30/01/2021 09:04

Another day where I feel like symptoms have disappeared. It's odd as they usually get more pronounced when I'm about to have af and stop on the day it comes. Have another 5 days until I'm due so we'll see...

glow92 · 30/01/2021 09:12

@Fireplacedreamer thank you 😊, are you still waiting for AF?

mrsgtobe97 · 30/01/2021 09:27

8DPO today, nothing really symptom wise just had a horrible nightmare last night 😣

Fireplacedreamer · 30/01/2021 09:37

@glow92 yes. Now 3days late which I have never before. Haven't tested since 13dpo as run out of tests and they were soooo negative it seemed pointless but now wondering if I should go get another

glow92 · 30/01/2021 10:01

@Fireplacedreamer if you happen to be food shopping this weekend I'd definitely grab a couple 🙂, fingers crossed for you!

RHODXB · 30/01/2021 12:35

@roxybear thank you! Definitely better to prepare myself for the bad news and then anything else is a huge bonus xx thanks love x

So sorry @glow92 xxx you're right though, the good news is you are ready to start the next cycle xx

So upon doing some reading it seems that chances of implantation happening before 8dpo are super low and that 10dpo is most common. I have been feeling really queasy the last couple
Of days when hungry and straight after eating and tonight am getting cramps and lower back ache. Could be AF but keeping fingers crossed that I'm not out yet and tested too early 🤞🤞

OP posts:
roxybear · 30/01/2021 19:46

@RHODXB defo too early to test hun and you're right, implantation is usually 9-10 DPO but can even be later. As annoying as it is, we can only wait! Not too much longer though! I'm gonna test 12-13dpo I think. Have literally no symptoms but only 6dpo so not expecting anything either. Defo think it's harder in lockdown with nothing to do!🤣

AbiBrown · 31/01/2021 00:02

Oh man, I've just realised my app was wrong. I was using the default setting for cycle length so all my timings are out of whack this month. We technically now only dtd once in the fertile week plus I got a tiny bit of pink spotting tonight so I think that's me out.

RHODXB · 31/01/2021 13:19

Omg! There's a line right???

Can't believe my eyes, have ordered a digital to test again! Haven't told hubby yet! Really hoping and praying it is 🙏 been feeling very sick and crampy today and last night and almost feel like I might be getting a UTI

Yay! I can see the line! Congrats! I tested Friday but not FMU and can't decide whether to use my other test tomorrow or just wait a bit longer. AF due from Wednesday
