I think yesterday, the 17th, was ovulation day, going by an online calculator (fresh off the pill though so well aware my dates could be all to put for a little while!

We DTD on the 12th, 14th, and also going to do it again tonight (DH doesn't know yet Grin).

If ovulation did happen yesterday, may those 3 days give us a chance? I had all good intentions to DTD last night but we were exhausted.

I think 14th will be your best chance, if you ovulated yesterday then tonight will probably be too late as the egg only lives 12-24 hours and 12th may be too early (although sperm can last 5 days in fertile mucus).. but it only takes once! Good luck! x

I got pregnant by having sex 3 days before I calculated that I ovulated. It’s certainly possible! If you’ve already ovulated then tonight might be too late but definitely worth a shot!

Tbh I wouldn't trust the calculator one bit and would carry on DTD every 2-3 days until AF

What @Juno231 said. I wouldn’t trust an online calculator or app. They tend to assume women ovulate in the middle of their cycles.

When I first started ttc I also went by an app that predicted my ovulation was cd15, it wasn’t until I started tracking and temping that I realised I actually ovulated later.

Unless you’re going to track then I’d cover all bases by doing every other day or so from around cd8-10 until af

Agree with @Juno231 online calculators use algorithms based on a perfect set of circumstances. Unfortunately, we’re all different and you aren’t necessarily going to ovulate on day 14 of your cycle. You also aren’t going to necessarily ovulate on the same day of your cycle every month.

Just have sex every other day over your fertile period, and preferably all month .

Ok great advice! Thank you all Smile

Won't worry too much about potentially missing the boat and just keep DTD regularly over the next week and a half 🤞🏻
