Hi all 😁
I've been off the combined pill for 13 days, i had a withdrawal bleed like I usually do when I finish a pack, I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice about ovulation and periods after stopping the pill? Me and my partner are ttc but its all really new to me, I do have a 4 year old so but he wasn't planned so was a massive surprise, im just stressing abit as not knowing what to expect, I had cramping 6 days ago that lasted 2 days so thought it might of been af coming but nothing since 🤔 thank you for any help you ladys could offer 😁
Xx

It can return to normal cycles immediately (28-30 days, ovulation roughly in the middle), or it may not. Cycle length can be quite irregular after the pill.

Will you track your cycles in any way? Use temperatures or ovulation tests?

The simplest thing you could do is have sex at least every 2nd day whilst not bleeding

I'm not tracking atm until I've had a normal period but we are dtd quite often, if it happens it would be amazing but if it doesn't then we will track once I've had 1 normal period, I've been so confused since stopping my pills, I had cramps for 2 days then they stopped, would they be ovulation cramping? I've had things happening that I never noticed before starting the pill 😂.
Thank you for your reply 😊 x
