Hi, I am on the combined pill and I forgot to take it 3 days in a row at the beginning of my pack. I'm not sure if I could have conceived and whether I need to continue the pill or not. I have had very light brown spotting yesterday and today it is more red and a bit heavier but still not like a period so I'm guessing this is a withdrawal bleed from the pill. I am also confused if I need to take a pregnancy test and when I should take it. I am also experiencing a slight ache in my back and light cramps and a headache. I am in a happy marriage and it wouldn't be the end of the world if I did get pregnant.
