Pregnancy test positive but after 30 mins and very thin!!

I have taken two clear blue early tests and they were negative in three minutes, or maybe the very very faintest hint of a line and then went back 30 mins later to distinct positives but the line is very thin.
Am I pregnant?!

I don't think you can be sure either way from the tests you've done. If it were me I'd be assuming the lines were evap as they came up after the 3 mins.

Maybe wait another couple of days and test again?

Thank you for responding. I will test again in a few days it’s just difficult to wait!!. Usually evap lines are grey in colour whereas these are definitely blue, time will tell..

Yes, you can't trust lines that come up after the time, but fingers crossed for you!

OP I would retest again, but you are supposed to read it within a few minute they can change after 30 or get a digital no mistake then 😁 it says it clear hope its a BFP for you. Xx

My clear blue one the line went really thin after a few hours. I'm definatly pregnant though so I don't think you need to worry about a thin line. They look positive to me. Congrats!

there's a reason you shouldn't look after three minutes. Evap lines are very common after this time frame. I'd try again in the morning if it looked very faint within the three minutes. Fingers crossed for you

Faint positives on clear blue and FRER this morning within the 3 minutes. Not getting excited yet until there’s a strong line but looking hopeful 😍

I’m 13 dpo and done clear blue my 3 year old needed me so I went and forgot about test came back and look positive

Hii!! What was your outcome of these tests? I’m in a similar situation and don’t wanna waste any money on unnecessary tests. Within the 3 minute timeframe it had the faintest blue line and when I came back 30 minutes later they looked like this! The faint one I done first around lunch and then the dark one I just did now tonight. I feel a bit weird but I think I kinda always feel weird lol. The extra dye is kinda throwing me off too so don’t wanna overthink it… yet here I am overthinking it and going down the “clear blue false positive” rabbit hole. Haha

@Nonii when I commented further up thread about my lines being thin and I was definitely pregnant that was true (she's 2.5 now!) But I did have a long cycle last month and DH bought clear blue's for me (I bloody hate the things). It had a very very clear line like yours. I wasn't pregnant. I've since had a period and we have double infertility so the chances are literally 0% anyway. But that line was enough to get me thinking some sort of miracle was going on. Anyway all I can suggest is get a pink dye test. clear blue are shocking!! Good luck though, got everything crossed for you

I've taken this test today and straight after I got a phone call I've gone back to look and there is a very thin but very blue line I'm unsure if it is in the time frame or not I have ordered more tests and there due to arrive tomorrow, do we thing its evap line or positive ? Thankyou
