Has anyone had any luck at conceiving quickly even when breast feeding
My periods have returned and are regular

Yes. Conceived DS2 without even thinking about it when DS1 was almost 7 months, literally first time of trying. I was still breastfeeding and my periods had come back at four months postpartum. It was a nice surprise as it took almost a year to conceive DS1, but a bit of a shock as I really didn't expect it to happen quickly.

There have been a good few threads on this recently. Some women conceive the minute they drop a feed, others have to stop breastfeeding completely. There's a very wide range of normal, just as some women get their periods back very quickly and for others it can be many months.

Hope it happens for you soon.

It seems to be a common theme that it's easier to get pregnant once you drop night feeds. That's definitely what happened with me.

Thank you @DramaAlpaca that's lucky !
My periods came back straight away lo is 6.5m and I really want it to happen straight away, now we have 100% decided for another the reason is to have a small gap
She's just started feeding less in the night as in from 5/6 feeds to 1 or 2. I am currently using ovulation tests and it is showing as high but not peak 🤞

Sort-of. I breastfed until 2.5 and my periods didn't come back until dd was 18 months.

I got pregnant twice but mc'd each time. I got pregnant a 3rd time and stopped bf'ing the same day I got a BFP. Gave birth last week.

I bf'd A LOT though and my dd is a terrible sleeper so would feed a lot at night.

I got pregnant while breastfeeding at 6 months and my periods hadn’t returned

I got my period back when my first was 16 months and was pregnant 2 months later. I fell pregnant with my third when the second was still feeding as well (she was closer to 2 but we had only been trying for a couple of months).

We talked about another bub very soon after having our dd. I didn't take any contraceptive and we didn't use condoms since having DD. I got my period back 3 weeks after giving birth. She has always breastfed like crazy, she's 7 months and still breastfeeding 2hourly even during the night. I'm currently 9 or 10 weeks pregnant.

Well I'm cd 31 periods have always arrived by day 30. Done a test - negative. I went back on contraception when lo was 6 weeks old my periods returned and have been like clockwork for the past 5 months they returned straight away when I came off to TTC aswell but nothings happening yet I had really bad headaches and cramps on Friday and Saturday so was sure it was coming but nothing
Really hope breast feeding isn't going to stop me getting pregnant x
