Late period brown spotting

I am 3/4 days late for my period and started spotting brown yesterday.
I’ve heard this is normal before af but not for me, should I expect af to appear soon?
Also having pelvic pain ugh

@Rmd123 isn’t it too late for implantation? I’ve been pregnant before and didn’t have this. It started 12/13dpo I’m now 14dpo it’s mostly gone and no red blood. Is it possible to spot for days before a period starting?

@Tokyo21 I've never been pregnant but have seen people say they get it around day 12 and if you ovulated later it could be? In regards to the period I usually spot maybe a day before but it get heavier as the day goes on!
