Soo I’ve even trying for the last 5 months to get pregnant...I did 3 months in a row, and had multiple positive pregnancy tests each cycle which turned to negative before period was due (yep, testing early). Had a break for one month and took vitamin B6 (heard this can help), zinc, vitamin C, folic acid....I’m doing a green juice fast this month ( I’m definitely overweight now especially since lockdown). I can also feel when I’m pregnant...lots of pulling and tugging sensations..anyone else get this? I can feel when it’s gone too. Using a friend to help me get pregnant (home insemination) and I’m conscious that he may get fed up of coming round (he’s not a great friend). Could reeeeally do with getting pregnant this month...any more tips??Smile

The only tip I can give you is to stop testing early (I know it's easier said than done). Chemical pregnancies are extremely common and most people don't realise they had one and just assume their period is few days late.

You can't minimise your risk of CPs, all you can do is wait until your period is late before testing to avoid the heartache.

Best of luck with TTC.

Sorry to hear you have had so many losses. I have just had my second chemical pregnancy. After doing some research I am going to try baby asprin this month to see if it helps.
I am going to speak to my doctor about it this week, have you spoken to a doctor yet?
