Sex every day or every other day?

Hi all,

I was just wondering whether you think sex every day or sex every other day is most effective during the ovulation window?

I’ve seen conflicting advice on the internet.

I do it every other until I get a positive OPK then it’s every day until OPKs are negative. I can only get OPK positives around 7pm in evenings weirdly!!

I always did every other day even when ovulating. I was watching a programme yesterday (reality that crap from America) where they visited a fertility doctor and he said everyday.

Dh and I did every other day and it took two months to concieve first pregancy and one month to concieve second pregnancy.

When TTC our first, we DTD every day (sometimes multiple times) and it worked for us.

@CG21 might be coincidence but the 2 times I've conceived it's been every other day. All months of every day I got negatives. Things like lower sperm count can mean every day or multiple times a day is worse. Sperm do survive inside you for days when you are fertile so really there's no harm in every second day to be safe, unless you know sperm count isn't low. Also a lot less effort 😅
