Should I try soy isoflavones? (Long cycles)

AF arrived today on cd38. Was proper convinced I'd get a BFP this month so I am feeling livid and emotional all at once.

My cycles are irregular, anything from 26-39 days. Usually 33 days. My luteal phase seems to be 11 days tho, which seems in the short side. I've been reading a little about taking soy isoflavones. Can anyone offer any advice?
