Can you see a line or evap?

Had ectopic in October
And period returned to normal, I had my period very briefly this month, then was spotting and cramping again, been feeling quite nauseous. Can you see a line?

I see a line. I read that evaps don’t have colour in them, that line is clearly pink

I'm just confused! I had my period about a week ago, and now have some spotting, but it's not like before with my ectopic, I feel quite nauseous. I think I might take another test and see what pops up
