So I’ve posted another thread a few days ago, but stuff has progressed and I’m just confused. In April 2020 I suffered a miscarriage at 9 weeks. In October 24th 2020 I found out I was pregnant again. On the 31st October 2020 I started bleeding. Was told to go to hospital go check my HCG levels, to which they came back next to nothing and they did a urine test, negative. So they told me it was a chemical pregnancy and to class the bleeding as my period.

Go forward to now, I haven’t had a period since October 31st, so I’m classing it as 12 days late on my period, I took a test on Monday, negative, test again Tuesday with my first urine, faint positive, took another, faint positive. Wednesday again, faint positive, yesterday a digital, said not pregnant but I didn’t do that with my first urine. Took another test this morning with first wee, positive. I have a a blood test on Monday to check HCG. And all these tests are just baffling me. Am I? Aren’t I? Is it to early? I took an ovulation test on the 11 November 2020 and I was ovulating. So could it be from that cycle that I conceived? My head is just all over the place with confusion. Picture attached is the test from this morning

You could be. But it could still be chemical, the hormones do unfortunately hang around. You need to speak to your GP xxx

@Apricotta spoke to my GP earlier this morning and he arranged the blood tests for Monday. That’s all he really said as I’m guessing what else can we do?🤷🏼‍♀️ With the positives being quite faint in my opinion the chemical pregnancy still ah gong around is my fear. And I don’t feel pregnant within myself. Just tired, but I start work at 5am so that plays it’s part in being tired xxx

Sorry only just seen this. Let us know how the results go xx

MollySxx · 17/12/2020 18:36

@Apricotta I infect suffered a miscarriage on the night before I was due the bloods. Started bleeding on Sunday and the Monday I passed the pregnancy. I was believed to be 6 weeks pregnant And that is why they believe the positives were so faint because the HCG was escaping my body. As it’s my third pregnancy loss I am now being referred to a miscarriage clinic
