TTC age 34 first time after pill & blood results

Hello lovelies, hoping for some shoulders to lean on and/or gain some advice...

I'm 34 (35 in Jan '21) and ttc after coming off the pill in September.
Gynae said internal exam looked good so to carry on as you do but then got Day 3 bloods back with the following results:
Slightly higher TSH thyroid (even after normal thyroid in Aug '20)
AMH 2.0 p/mol
LH 2.2 IU
FSH 13.8 IU

He suggested immediately trying clomid with trigger for next cycle (which was in total my 2nd cycle after coming off the pill) due to possible low ovarian reserve and that resulted in no pregnancy after AF arrived last week.

Now my question is - I feel like my body actually needs a bit more time to find it's own balance after the pill and has little time at all in naturally TTC before jumping into interventions. I'm also wondering if my blood results may vary a few months after not being on the pill also which might change the approach?

Obviously trying to be more positive in general but at the same time don't want to bury my head in the sand if this outlook does not look promising.

If anyone has similar experience I would love to hear what your thoughts are? Big hugs xx
