Praying for a December conception

Who else is praying to conceive this month?
I’m on CD 1 so I’m praying I conceive this month. Had copper coil removed just over a month ago now, and we avoided conceiving last month as hubby didn’t want an August baby (he’s an aug bub himself)
I’ve always been regular with my cycle and regular with ovulation (continued tracking while on coil) so hoping we get lucky 🤞🏼

Thanks all, I am crossing everything, got my DH hopes up too so hope we’re not setting ourselves up for a fall. Only time will tell and time can be the worst!!

@Katiecorn yea I wish I ordered the FRER, might go an pick one up later although DH is asking me to wait a few days 😱 I am still having negatives on IC’s too.

@DOB78 we are due the same day then, let’s pray nothing turns up 🙏🏼 It seems so long away but I have got a week off so going to keep as busy as poss.

@Twittwoo2020 sorry to hear about your eptopic, hope this is your month too. Your due AF not far behind mine.

@Lille4 really hoping it all works out for you. Pregnancy after loss is not great is it, most of the excitement gets taken away, I think I’ll just worry the whole time especially the first 12 weeks.

I’m trying not to symptom spot, they are so similar to AF symptoms it would be really hard to tell. Last time I remember being tired and actually sleeping cos I’ve never been a good sleeper and my DH said he knew by the feel of my boobs before I even tested! I waited until day of AF last time though to test.

@iloveoreos @arc91 so I did buy some from Home Bargins 99p for 2 then I got home and the poas have arrived. I'm gonna test in the morning and see. We've got a lovely weekend away planned so if its a BFP he can celebrate with his friends if its a BFN I can drinks lots pf gin!!!

Im going to wait a day or two and then try my frer. Unless our dear frenemy AF comes knocking.🤣Got a multi pack from amazon thats hidden away in my bedside drawer.havent even opened the enevelope it came in 😁

@arc91 its a nightmare isn't it just want AF to either turn up or get a positive on a test. Will wait until the new tests arrive before checking again so that will give me a few days at least xx

Yea the limbo is the worst, I would just prefer to know either way too but suppose our bodies need time to do it’s thing 🙄 got my FRER for the morning

Period showed up over the weekend ... Gutted. I honestly thought I had some symptoms. I keep telling myself I need a period after my chemical in November, maybe my body needed a period to reset.

Ovulation due the end of December so still hoping for a December conception and this will be our third cycle trying, hopefully third time lucky! What is everyone's thoughts on these pre pregnancy vitamins ? Waste or money or do they work ?

@charlxx gutted for you 😞 hopefully next cycle you get your bfp.
I take pregnancy vitamins as I'm aware my diet doesn't contain a lot of the vitamins needed for healthy conception. Some people do just fine without them though. I prefer to take them because they don't mess with cycle or skin plus extra health benefits. So no harm really.
I also bought the pregnacare for men for DH and added DHA vitamins to my intake last month.

Can I join? I'm expecting af any day (don't think last month was successful), so will be ovulating near NY. It would be a great way to start 2021 to have a bfp in early January. Good luck to all!

@charlxx Just read up thread - I also thought I'd caught this month. I definitely felt pregnant. Have taken to frer though - so pretty sure I'm out. I want af to just hurry up now!

I'll see how I get on with poas in the morning they're supposed to pick up hcg from 10miu/ml but I'm a bit skeptical

I take pregnacare too. And i have a gp in the family who highly recommends it. Spoke to a midwife too and she said to take it too

I took pregnacare for about 2 months before ttc my first - I conceived on cycle 1. I know there's lots of luck involved, but I think the pregnacare is due some credit! I've been taking pregnacare for breast feeding as I'm still feeding my first - it seems to be essentially the same as for ttc.

BFN this morning and feel really run down. Full of cold and a banging headache think af is on her way

I am sooo tempted to go buy and frer today instead of waiting for the ones i ordered. Getting alot of cramps but AF still hasn't shown up and my boobs arent sore but i get stabby pains in them 😫. I'm getting impatient.

Sorry not been on last few days, been manic with work.
So I had my smiley face yesterday at CD16 and back to blank today, so fingers crossed the magic happens now 🤞

Would love to give the DP an extra present Xmas day x
