I just wanted to share some positive news. I have a short LP (have tracked cycles for 2 years) I actually have 2 DD ages 4.5 and 3. Since having second DD my LP has been between 8-10 days. Knowing we wanting to try for no. 3 I started taking vitC daily on top of my usual multivitamin. I am very newly pregnant! My GP sort of shrugged when I said I was concerned and didn’t think it was an issue. Clearly wasn’t as we conceived on cycle 2 of trying.
I wish I’d read a thread like this before officially TTC as I was convinced it would take over a year. 💫

Thanks for this thread @ShelleyI83. I came off the pill in August and we’ve only been properly trying since October (currently on CD1 of cycle 3). I ovulate on Day 23 of a 32 day cycle and I’ve been worrying myself sick about having such a short LP. Google is so unhelpful as some sites say it’s a defect and others say it’s fine. Really pleased to read your good news, it gives me hope!
Congratulations!

@CharityRoyall Good luck. A really exciting time. My multi vitamin is from nutrivit so the quality is really high. Again not sure if this played a part but I was religious in taking it. Same with the vitC.
I hope you have some exciting news shortly. My GP really didn’t seem concerned if you are ovulating.
