Butterfly’s/ uneasy belly feeling. Early pregnancy sign?

For the past 3 nights I’ve been unable to sleep due to an uneasy feeling/butterflies in the bottom of my stomach, almost like a sicky feeling. Could this be a pregnancy sign?

Hi! I was wondering the same thing. This has happened to me for the past 2 days and it won't go away. Did it turn out to be a sign?😊
