This folic acid seems very cheap - Is it the right reccomended dose for TTC? ...

Im not planning on TTC for about 2 months but have come off the pill and have decided to start the folic acid now.

Is this one ok?

I dont want a knockoff one! lol

Yes, just checked old bottle I have and 400mcg is 200% of RDA. That was one-a-day. Folic Acid is very cheap.

check out asda's own - I'm sure my bottle is 160 tablets (400mg) for about £1 something
