Well AF has shown up, ffs! 🤦🏼‍♀️ well on to the next cycle, some positives though, the supplements are helping shorten my cycles and I am sure I ovulated this time 🤞🏻

@Lucille3 I have attached a picture of all the supplements I take. Most of these are for IR PCOS and the symptoms, some are to help with thinning hair specifically.

I must say I have been taking nearly 2 months, but I am already seeing improvements. I have had so many compliments that my hair is looking fuller and my balding is looking like new hair is coming through.

Also for my cycles, I was on average 50-80days long (I have some erratic cycles). But this cycle I got the strongest opk I have ever had (in 5years of using opks) and this cycle is 37days, which is a hugeeeee improvement!!!

To buy all these supplements is pricey (roughly £150 to buy all of them in one go) but if you don't want to commit to them all I strongly recommend instistol (Mayo), Berberine, magnesium and NAC. I stopped taking metaformin as I was seeing no results in the 2 years I was on it. Obvs speak to your GP if you need medical advice, I just decided to take a chance as getting a GP appointment at the moment is impossible!

If you want more info about why I decided to take these there's a group on Facebook called 'healthy PCOS' he has taught me so much and gives more info/advice than my GP ever has! Really helped me understand PCOS soooo much more in the 15/16 years I have been diagnosed, all I ever got told was to lose weight and my PCOS will go away and I will fall pregnant, which is so unhelpful and not realistic with PCOS and under active thyroid.
